“I loved working when I worked at the commercial art and they told you what to do and how to do it and all you had to do was correct it and they'd say yes or no. The hard thing is when you have to dream up the tasteless things to do on your own.” ~ Andy Warhol

Andy Warhol was an American artist who was a leading figure in the visual art movement known as Pop Art. His works explore the relationship between expression, celebrity culture and advertisement that flourished by the 1060s. After a successful career as a commercial illustrator, Warhol became a renowned and sometimes controversial artist. Warhol used many types of media, including hand drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, silk screening, sculpture, film, and music.
